Adult Endurance Running Training Group

The club's faster distance runners come together as a large enthusiastic group for enjoyable road, grass and track running training sessions throughout all of the seasons.

These running training sessions are led by one of our experienced coaches. The training sessions are designed around the time of year and the upcoming focus of individuals and the group to help create well rounded athletes.

The majority of the sessions are at 5k and 10k pace and are suitable for both men and women with 5k times ranging from sub 15:00 to those looking to run under 20 minutes.
