365 group (Ages 11-14 / years 7-8)
Training is 6pm - 7:15pm Tuesdays and Thursdays
Please can athletes arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start, to allow for registration.
With the ever un-predictable weather, please ensure your young athlete has sufficient clothing layers, showerproof jacket and appropriate footwear, as well as a drink - all labelled.
If your young athlete cannot attend 365 training, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with their full name, the session they are due to attend and the reason for non-attendance.
Open Meetings - Individuals can enter themselves directly - check online or on the fixture list in the PoW foyer
League Matches - e.g. YDLs. These are by selection via the Team Managers of the club.

To be added to the waiting list please contact the club via the “Contact” stating the prospective athlete’s name, date of birth, present school year and if you have a preferred training night (Tuesday or Thursday).
This group encourages members to try a wide range of athletic events before they move to the specialist “event” groups of Speed, Endurance, Jumps, Throws or Combined Events in Year 9+. We do have separate endurance groups for Years 7 and 8.
NOTE: IF YOU NO LONGER REQUIRE A PLACE IN 365, PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP SO THAT WE MAY INVITE SOMEONE THAT IS WAITING PATIENTLY FOR THE OPPORTUNITY.
