Update

I managed to do it on Monday walking from Stroud to Chalfont and back along the canal seeing loads of old mills which must have a been a great industry in its day. I did just under the 10 miles and witnessed a squirrel swim across the canal!!! I am away on holiday now but will be back on the 4th October. PLEASE do not bring any promised monies till the 4th October - thanks for your support. Carolyn

I am doing my annual sponsored Walk in September between 12/15miles with my new hip. Half the monies raised will go to Cancer Research (at the track tonight I discovered an athlete who has lost his mother in the last month from cancer) & half to our club Charity – the National Star College. One of the Disabled throwers squad is from the College & Ed Grazier works there. Obviously I’m looking to get sponsors. I will leave my sponsor form on the desk each training night or folks can email (cliffandcarolyn69@gmail.com) if they would be willing to support me!
