Competing in the South West Masters Championship in Exeter Jane Horder came home with a gold medal and a championship best performance in the 80m hurdles as she ran a season’s best time of 13.07 seconds in the over 55 age group. She also won the 300m hurdles in a season’s best of 50.77 seconds.
