James Wilkinson and Nicola Whiteman were competing on the trails of the Forest of Dean half marathon. James finishing in 1:37:29 and Nicola 1:46:53 for 6th Vet 40. Neither are strangers to the longer distances, but neither have been racing longer events of late and both have had time out for injuries and niggles so it was grit and determination that delivered strong results from both on tough undulating forest trails.
