Ruby Brook started her 2022 season with a 400m debut at the London Indoor Games. Brook ran a strong race to finish 2nd in her heat in 59.68. Jamie Harper opened up his indoor season running 1:57.98 for 2nd in his heat.
Over in Ireland Kiya Dee made her England U20s debut at the Northern Ireland International Cross Country. Dee held her own against a tough field consisting of the best athletes from England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland, eventually finishing a fantastic 11th and 3rd U17.

There were Harriers present at two road races on Sunday. Over at the speedway 10k Chris Wagstaff ran a big PB of 32:26 and Georgia Palmer made a very impressive 10k debut running 36:35 to jump to the top of the UK U20 rankings.
Closer to home at the Linda Franks 5 mile George Sheppard was 7th in 28:25, Nick Holliday ran 30:06 for 18th overall and 1st M60 and Paul Barnes ran 34:18 for 3rd M60
