Awards Evening 2024

06 October 2024

As another successful year for the club comes to an end it’s always good to celebrate all our members from athletes to coaches to officials and volunteers.

This year’s winner of the main award - Harrier of the Year - was Jo Wilkie. Jo has been a member of the club for many many years competing in track, road and cross country. Her dedication over the years led her to join the club’s committee helping during pivotal moments for the club. Jo has also been the Senior Women’s Endurance Manager for a long time developing not just a team of women, but a community who support and encourage one another. Due to this the women’s team has gone from strength to strength and continue to grow and shine. Jo has inspired a lot of women in the club and given them the belief to take part even when they didn’t think they could. Due to all of this and so much more Jo is the deserved winner.
