Jane Horder secured Gold at the World Masters Championships winning the W65 300m hurdles in a new World Record of 52.33 well clear of the rest of the field!! Horder then added to her medal haul with Gold in the W60 4x400m and Silver in the W65 4x100m. The 4x100m performance is especially impressive as the team featured a 70year old 10000m runner!! This brings Horder total World Championship medal tally up to 13 Golds!

Unfortunately in the 80m hurdles Jane hit the first hurdle and took a fall, luckily she is not too badly hurt and keen to get back on track asap!
Elsewhere, two Harriers were selected to compete for England Masters against Wales at Tenby. Kathryn Morton was in fine form on a hilly, but scenic 10km route running 47:44 for 3rd F60 whilst Nick Holliday took to the 5kms running 18:59 and 6th M60. This was a mob match with England coming out victorious
