At the Midland Indoor Open in Birmingham there was a win for Nathaniel Hatherley in the under 15 boy’s hurdles in a time of 9.61 seconds. Sophie Yorke finished second in the under 17 girl’s 60m in 8.01 before running 12.85 in the100m. In the same age group Stephanie Beardsmore equalled her 60m personal best of 8.27 and clocked 13.19 in the 100m whilst Ben Clarke recorded times of 7.78 and 11.98 over the same distances. In the under 20 events Katy Townsend took third place in the long jump with 4.77m, Emily Pascoe finished fourth in the 60m hurdles with a 9.30 clocking and Harriet Sawle ran times of 8.42 in the 60m and 13.33 in the 100m. In the men’s events Tom Clarke made his Harriers debut with 7.63 in the 60m and 11.82 in the 100m.
